Ideally yes. Cleaning around furniture and boxes means areas cannot be reached, and those are exactly the areas an inventory clerk checks. If the property cannot be fully cleared, tell us in advance so we can plan around it.
Professional carpet cleaning is a separate service using hot water extraction, and many tenancy agreements require it. We can include it in the same visit, and we will tell you if your tenancy agreement is likely to require it.
No cleaning company can promise that, because deposit decisions also take account of damage, wear and the check in report. What we can do is clean to the standard a check out inspection looks for and give you the completed checklist as evidence.
A few days is usually enough midweek. End of month dates, particularly the last Friday, are the busiest in London and book up well in advance.
